    Ismid Hadad
    Ismid Hadad's professional activities have covered various aspects of journalism, communications, publication, training and human resources development. He has had 25 years experience as editor of publication media, 10 years experience as director of research and training institutions, and over 15 years' as designer, manager or advisor of training, community participation and human resource development projects.


    Hadimulyo
    Drs. Hadimulyo, M.Sc was an elected member of the People's Consultative Assembly/Member of Indonesian Parliament (MPR/DPR)(1992-1999) representing the Islamic-based United Development Party. He is the Vice Chairman of Board of Experts of the Central Board of the party. He also the former director of a private institute for religious and philosophical studies. He is now a Member of Board of Directors of ELSAM (The Institute for Policy Research and Advocacy),a human rights' institute, and National Presidium of Center for People's Participation, an umbrella organisation of multi-sectoral voluntary organizations. His particular interests, among others: peace anf conflict resolution, human rights issues, institutional building, and cultural/philosophical/religious approaches on environmental/development discourses.


    Muhtadi Sjadzali
    Mr. Sjadzali has more than 15 years experience in the field of both Industrial and Domestic water and wastewater treatment. Due to his early start in this area, Mr. Sjadzali has had a significant role in the development of environmental management in Indonesia. His company, PT. Envitech Perkasa is acknowledged to be the leading company in it's field by the Government, Industri and the NGO sectors. The combination of access to high level decision makers and "on the ground" experience places him in a rare position to provide realistic and workable solutions to environmental problems.


    Kresnayana Yahya
    Kresnayana Yahya is a lecturer in statistics at the Institute of Technology in Surabaya, Indonesia. He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics, also from the Institute of Technology, and a master's degree in statistics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in the United States. He is a member of the Indonesian Statistical Association, has attended several conferences on statistics, mathematics and science, and has published numerous papers on marketing research, quality management, development models.

    Mr. Yahya is especially interested in environmental measurement, leadership development and statistical models. As a LEAD Fellow, he hopes to develop the skills necessary to influence policymakers, and to gain access to research centers and other sources of information in order to develop network for environmental problem solving.Mr Kresnayana has been elected as the President of Indonesian Marketing Association - East Java Chapter, also Chairperson of ENCIETY Business Consult , an entrepreneurial society for development, research -training and consulting. Since 1998 , Mr.Kresnayana Yahya is elected as the chairman of the Indonesian Managers Association in Surabaya ; with 450 active managers from several parts of the business community


    Amalia Firman
    Amalia FIRMAN has been a consultant to the Indonesian Environmental Control Agency, US-AID, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Transmigration, Ministry of Public Works and various private companies. She is interested in environmental management and all aspects of development.

    A. Firman has a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Hawaii, USA, and a bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Technology of Bandung. She also studied development management at the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines.
