Lead Associate Project
LEAD Associate Project (LAP) is an assignment project developed by Associate (LAT participant) or groups of Associates as one of the requirements to graduate as LEAD Fellow. LAP can be an action plan either in policy recommendation, case study or preliminary research finding toward a large-scale research in the future. LAP should reflect experience of the Associate/s, generate knowledge, seek to affect change and contribute to sustainable development. "The change I/we want to make" can be a useful term of reference for a LAP. It may be addressing the theme selected for the International Session.
